Follow along full length barre classes that are beneficial for any level dancer. Each class will take you through a classic barre progression, emphasizing clean technique and expansive lines. These classes are a great way to improve alignment, polish fundamentals, and develop a sense of performance at barre. Try these classes individually or use them as a warm up for other classes in the library.

  • 30 Min Barre- Alignment Focus

    Work your way through a classic barre progression with a strong emphasis on body placement and awareness. Learn to move in space while maintaining a vertical spine, neutral pelvis, and expansive upper body. Each class contains a 2 minute stretch mid-barre.

  • 30 Min Barre- Port De Bras Focus

    Work your way through a classic barre progression with a strong emphasis on port de bras use and upper body movement. Learn to naturally incorporate the arms and use them in conjunction with the legs. Each class contains a 2 minute stretch mid-barre.

  • 20 Minute Barre- Contemporary Ballet

    Work your way through a classic barre progression with a contemporary twist. Learn to release, weight shift, and flow through ballet technique. This class is best done in bare feet to give the body a sense of grounding and stability.
